Interactive dinner theater is the game, and I sold it across the country to 300 of
the Forbes 500, celebrities, fundraisers, soccer moms, husbands for their wifes,
team building etc. I helped implement a new lead system, new lead information
form, and new ways to sell this specific idea. Was the top performing salesman
for 10 months out of the 2015 year. Worked additional hours when needed,
helped train new salespeople. Calculated profit for company I personally made
for them, over half a million dollars. Have transformed the sales department,
and contiuned to make firsts happen. Sold to television shows and
internationally.
Multiband/DIRECTV​, Wyoming, MI​— ​Lead Tracker and
Corporate Trainer​January 2012 - April 2014
Supervisor of a dispatching team for the East Coast. Travelled as the main
trainer to the Philippines to launch a new call center. Effectively met and
exceeded companies expectations in regards to the training for new call center.
Taught the system to over 38 people. The new call center is now the epicenter
for all dispatched related issues. Tracked and was held accountable for over 200
technicians daily. Answered over 100 incoming calls and made over 300
outgoing calls daily. Multi tasked with the use of Google Talk to stay in constant
contact with technician supervisors. Filled in for immediate supervisor during
absence. Met and exceeded call center metrics. Problem solved work order
issues, and assisted Operations Manager on the East Coast.
