 Rangzen Restaurant : August 2015 – Present (Designation – Co-Owner and Partner)
Career Progression
 Restaurateur - Rangzen, Bangalore. I am a Co-owner and Partner running the restaurant
Key Responsibilities
 Increasing Distribution
o Tying up with top online food aggregators and last mile delivery partners to increase reach and thereby
boost daily sales
o Designing and ensuring distribution of pamphlets to create customer awareness about the restaurant and
increase brand recognition and recall
 Increasing Sales
o Identifying potential locations for setting up Momo Kiosks in order to increase reach and sales channel
o Post successful identification, finalizing the tie-up, negotiating rates and setting up the actual kiosk. Monitor
and start sales flow
 Monitoring and Streamlining daily operations
o Monitoring
 Ensuring timely delivery or orders. Keeping track of customer satisfaction
 Ensuring all required raw materials are well stocked
 Customer management – both external as well as internal

 Helped develop a software solution that helped in tracking and monitoring the daily parameters of
the restaurant – Sales, Orders, Inventory, Customers, etc.

 Have been successful in establishing tie-ups with online food ordering and last mile delivery channels which has
helped supplement and increase sales
 Have been able to set-up Momo Kiosks in 3 locations and have had a tie-up with a college for supplying Momos to
their canteen

Career Progression –
 Joined Fullerton India as a Management Trainee in the Mortgage Product vertical
 Post completion of training, was confirmed as Assistant Manager in Mortgage Distribution. Subsequently, my role
was enhanced to include the entire Mortgage Product portfolio
 In the third year with the organization, was recognized for my exemplary performance and promoted as Manager,
Mortgage Product

 Optimizing Distribution

 Development and Launch of new Product Variants
 Performance tracking and review including target setting
 Providing cross-sell opportunities for all employees
