E-learning provides an electronic way to learn that offers 24/7 accessibility to course materials, reduces costs, and helps weak learners by breaking down geographical barriers. It allows for information gathering, comparison of options, contact with e-learning providers, and sign up. E-learning improves productivity through internal efficiency, use of resources, understanding of students, fulfilling expectations, and reducing costs. It has potential for government to public initiatives and has been used in Pakistan through VU and AIOU. Service quality depends on ease of use, empathy, website layout, reliability, privacy, and usefulness.
