EL PASO, TEXAS – Officers from Auto Theft Task Force were investigating the theft
of a 2008 Nissan Armada from Casa Nissan Wednesday. The investigation

revealed that Raymond Montoya took a 2008 Nissan Armada from Casa Nissan on Susannah M. Byrd
Monday, December 7. Investigators located Montoya and the vehicle in the 600

block of Dallas St., Wednesday just after noon. Montoya was arrested and charged Emma Acosta
with Theft of Vehicle. He was booked into the El Paso County Jail on $40,000.00 in
