Creating awesome campaigns to harness that behaviour with life cycle marketing, and then filling that structure with awesome content. We then track the behaviour as people go through the process, we can then adapt their journey withing LCM, give better content, and so on – continually adapting, optimising an tweaking. And the results are awesome.
