I am a motivated and driven individual who often exceeds at what I do. I have worked in
several sectors including Finance, Collections, Sales, Recruitment and management. I have
excellent communication skills and am extremely comfortable working towards deadlines. I
am very confident working on computers and have worked with systems such as Evolve and

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
LTS Group – Liverpool – May 2015 – Present
Business Development Manager
I am now a the Business Development Manager at LTS Group which is a new agency within
the Liverpool area offering SEN support within schools across the local area.
We have expanded from London and are in the process of speaking to schools about
September cover. I am required to oversee all recruitment in the company and also
personally develop business around the Liverpool area.
I currently have two consultants (Former SENCOS) working for me in south and north
Liverpool and have managed to secure 5 members of staff within a school within our first 3
weeks of officially opening.
I am responsible for literature, Systems, Recruitment, Business development and the success
of the branch initially until we grow. I am also required to work within several social media
sectors to generate interest from prospective clients.
Teaching Personnel – Liverpool - September 2013 – May 2015
Recruitment Consultant
I was a recruitment consultant based in Liverpool, working with schools in the Warrington,
Halton, St Helens and Wigan areas. I started in September 2013 on a cold desk with 0 days
and a new start up branch.
We had no using schools and I was given the secondary desk and within my first two months
I managed to secure 25 long term days in one school using Maths and English tutors. In my
first year I business developed several schools in the area and built up an excellent client
base.
In my Second year with Teaching Personnel I reached my peak of 90 long term days and I
have had reasonable success in other fields such as cover supervisors and graduates
working within a school. My target was 100 LT days which I was on course to achieve. I was
required to complete 360 recruitment within Teaching Personnel (Recruiting Candidates,
Vetting Candidates, and Selling Candidates) I built up excellent relationships in my time there
and will always look at in fondly.
Barclays Bank – Wavertree Liverpool 2011 - 2013
Accounts Consultant
I was an accounts consultant in Barclays and held the highest sales figures in the office for
the 2 years I was employed there. My job was to call customers and offer them products and
services the bank offered (Home Insurance, Barclaycard, Life Insurance and savings
accounts). My average insurance sales’ a day were five and our target was one a day.

2. I also created a large database where we liased with India on a weekly basis to give them
feedback about the quality of the leads they were passing through to ourselves. Another
project I took on was working with our Sunderland branch and up training their consultants on
insurance and how to approach this with the customers.
Shop direct – Aintree Liverpool 2010 – 2011
Collections Advisor
I was a collections advisor at Shop Direct making affordable payment plans for customers
who had fell behind on their payments with catalogues such as Very, Littlewoods, Kays and
Gratton. I made on average 25 calls an hour and was required to hit specific targets and earn
enough money in arrangements to hit my target for the month. This was a cold calling post so
was very hit and miss but an excellent career development opportunity.
Home Bargains – Norris Green Liverpool
Assistant Manager
My duties included delegating tasks to different members of staff and also bringing in morning
deliveries and also organising lunch breaks. My responsibility’s also included counting money
at the end of the day and also making sure we hit specific deadlines on time.
