Our 1st Annual
Spring Bazaar and BBQ
Saturday, May 16th
The Spring Bazaar is this Saturday and
there are lots of last minute things to do!
Please take a look at the list below to see
where you can help!
 BBQ Chicken Plate Ticket pre-sales - it isn’t too late
to get your tickets and they will also be available at
the door Saturday (Come see us under the breeze-
way - don’t forget to turn in your money for the
tickets you have sold and return any unsold tickets)
 Silent and Live Auction items needed
 Monetary donations for chickens
 Baked goods for BBQ Chicken plates - remember to
slice and individually wrap
 Baked goods for the Bake Shop - please label and
price
 Handmade items for the Craft Shop - please price
 Volunteers for all areas
The Family Life Center will be open all day Friday, May
15th, for you to drop off your auction donations, craft
items and baked goods.
