Tickets are based on age: adults/$7, seniors and ages 13-17/$6, ages 6-12/$5. Each youth is
selling tickets and 100% of the proceeds will go towards the mission trip. Those going on the

Youth Mission Trip - The mission trip will be at Ridgecrest in North Carolina. MFUGE is the
name of the trip and is put on by Lifeway. The youth went on an MFUGE trip three years ago to
Greenville, SC and had a great trip. They worshipped, played, met new friends, and served those
in the community. This year’s trip should prove to be impactful both for the youth and for those
we will serve. Please pray now for this opportunity.
The Spring Senior Adult Rally is Tuesday, March 24th at Central Baptist Church, 11109 Poole

Fellowship Hall and FLC Use - If your class sponsors Koffee Before Church, please make sure
the Fellowship Hall is cleaned afterward. Please wash all dishes and put them away (so dishes are
not left in the drainer), put items back in their places and take the dishcloths home to wash.
These few simple rules should be followed by all groups using the Fellowship Hall and will leave
the kitchen clean and ready for the next group to use. Also, if your group uses the Family Life
Center or has an event, please make sure the garbage is taken out (especially if leftover food has
been left in the garbage cans) and the floor is swept. Your help in keeping our church clean is
appreciated!
Cindy and Dale Russell’s daughter, Shannon Liles and her husband, Philip, are in the process
of adopting a baby. As you know, adoption is extremely expensive. If you would like to help

Backpack Buddies - Thank you ALL for the ongoing food donations you provide for Backpack
Buddies. The weekend meals are going to children at Knightdale Elementary School who might
otherwise have little or no food from Friday until they return to school Monday morning. We
need lots of kid-friendly non-perishable food items to maintain this ministry (a grocery list can
be found in the vestibule for you to take home). The food collection bins are located in the
Education Building and the vestibule of the Sanctuary. Thank you again for supporting this
ministry.
Benevolence Help - A benevolence request was submitted by a church member for $331.
Anyone willing to help can submit your donation along with your regular offering and specify
the amount on your check or envelope. Thank you!
KBC Spring Bazaar - The date for the big event is set for Saturday, May 16th, so mark
your calendars. Lots of items are needed for the silent and live auction and now is the time to be
looking and asking for donations. This committee needs everyone collecting/donating items for
it to succeed. If you have received donated items for the auction or are making a donation, please contact
Lois McCoy to let her know.
Fill the Barrel - Starting in March, every 4th Sunday please bring non-perishable items for the
UMC Food Pantry! These items are in high demand for our neighbors and they need our help!

on the day that you volunteered to work, we ask that you please
don’t forget to find a replacement for yourself so there is
adequate coverage during the worship service. Also, if you
have a change in the schedule for the children’s nursery or
