towards the end of their placement, a
one-time recruitment fee is charged.

PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
AUSPHIN has developed a Professional Internship
Program (abiding to the Australian Fair Works
Act). Under our internship program, candidates
are screened based on their verbal and written
communications skills as well as educational
background and prior work experience.
Through this process, appropriate candidates are
matched accordingly with host companies.
AUSPHIN’s partnership with leading tertiary
institutions throughout Australia has allowed our
firm to supply companies with the brightest
students and graduates. All AUSPHIN interns seek
to expand their knowledge and understanding of
industries through their internship placement,
therefore AUSPHIN’s candidates intern with host
companies on an unpaid basic

AUSPHIN has been approved to
sponsor suitable and eligible candi-
dates of thr Trainee and Research
Visa 402 by the Department of
Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
An TRV 402 is simply a temporary
Australian visa that only can be
granted for a training program.
Trainees can only participate in a
training program for a period of up
to 2 years.
Trainees wishing to remain in Austra-
lia at the conclusion of their training
program must apply for new tempo-
rary or permanent visas. Alternative-
ly, they may depart.
Under our sponsorship and an TRV 402 (Trainee and
Research Visa), international applicants are able to
complete a structured and supervised workplace based
training program in Australia.
Ultimately, the AUSPHIN’s Traineeship Program allows
candidates to enhance and/or add skills to their present
fields of expertise or occupations. Through AUSPHIN’s
Traineeship Program, applicants gain valuable on the job
training in an Australian firm, whilst making a genuine
contribution to the workplace organisation. Though the
structured program must predominantly be delivered on
the job, up to 30% of such training can be provided in a
classroom.
As part of AUSPHIN’s Traineeship Program, training can
be provided by AUSPHIN, or can be provided by other
Australian host companies. Candidates are interviewed
by AUSPHIN prior to traineeship placement. This ensures
your firm is partnered with suitable trainees who
possess relevant knowledge and skills.
