 First we need to create a component in Global configuration
project area.

 Once the component is created in project, the default initial
stream for it is created automatically .

 After creating streams in global configuration, we need to add
configurations from respective CLM applications to this GC
stream.
 Here below we add configuration(streams) from RM,QM,DM
that are going to interlink artifacts among each other.

Below is a screen take from DNG using Global configuration
Stream.

Global Configuration
Once you are done with all changes and configurations (i.e
establishing links and traceability between all your clm
applications) you are ready for a release.
You need to create a baseline of global configuration stream
which will be your release.
For this you need to replace all streams with baselines in
your global configuration stream.
Once you replace all the streams with baselines in GC , you
can then create a baseline in GC.
