Handled an Enhancement incidents (Change Request) as per the BRD document and
always gives the best solution to the client, Project correction Ticket (Resolution ticket) to
assist the business with priority level and resolve the issue within resolution timeline.
Worked majorly on Logistics and Transportation process wherein the business process
involves Sales Order, Delivery, Shipping, Shipment Cost, and Billing.
