sayawin?

Ang tinikling ay kinikilala bilang isa sa mga pinakamatandang sayaw sa
Pilipinas. Tinatawag din itong “sayaw sa kawayan.”
simulan ang aralin sa pamamagitan ng pagtalakay sa mga mag-aaral sa
kahalagahan ng physical fitness at kung paano ito nauugnay sa sayaw.
Tanungin ang mga mag-aaral kung alam nila kung ano ang limang bahagi ng
fitness na may kaugnayan sa kalusugan.
