1. THE LEBANESE DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT - LEBPASS
Project Quality Plan
Introduction
This Quality Plan, falling within the workpackage 6 “Quality Assurance” of the LEBPASS Project, will
ensure that the implementation of the project activities and the final results of the project are of the
utmost quality. It aims at ensuring that the project’s stakeholders are satisfied with the management
strategies adopted by the Project Coordinator, and with the activities and deliverables of the project.
The aim of this plan is not only to monitor the quality of the activities and the overall performance of
the project, but also to regularly improve its quality during and after the project lifetime, based on the
consortium, EACEA and stakeholders feedback.
This Quality Assurance Plan has been reviewed and approved by the project consortium in September
2020 through a feedback form.
Plan Components
The LEBPASS Quality Plan consists of the following:
1. Elaboration of fundamental texts and forms: The fundamental texts and forms are the
operational policies, procedures and forms developed in accordance with the Erasmus+ guidelines
for the use of the grant and the project needs and requirements.
2. Periodic review of feedback mechanisms’ outputs: These mechanisms include various ways to
evaluate an activity or a project deliverable, during or at the end of the execution process, to
determine if it satisfies the specified requirements and expectations. There are two sources for
collecting feedback in LEBPASS project: (1) Internal feedback - collected from the partners of the
project; and (2) External Feedback - collected from the stakeholders of the project (Academic
administrators, Faculty, Students, other universities in Lebanon).
Examples of these mechanisms are:
- Evaluation surveys: At the end of each workshop or roundtable or public activity
- Walk-in interviews during major activities: Series of interviews will be conducted by the QA
agency evalag during the project’s major activities
- Focus groups meetings: to gather quality feedback from target groups with special
expectations from the project
- Minutes of public debates: allowing the Project Consortium to instantly evaluate the public
deliverables in a way to consider the national dimension of the project.
3. Monitoring by regular reporting: The project coordinator and the Lebanese partners will be
periodically developing self-reflection reports based on predefined guidelines and questionnaires.
The aim of these reports is to bring all partners to the same level of information and to have the
partners constantly reflecting on the project’s outcomes, and deliverables.

4. Monitoring the indicators of progress / Facts and Figures: Based on the Logical Framework Matrix
of the project, this initiative consists of monitoring the indicators of progress and making it
accessible for all the partners (please refer to the list of indicators by workpackge included in the
appendix). In this regard, the Facts and Figures section on the project’s website will be used to
disseminate the results. This will be performed every six months.
5. Improvement actions log: Improvement actions will be taken based on all the above Quality
Assurance Initiatives as well as on the recommendations given by the EACEA, in the feedback from
monitoring visits and in the monitoring exchanges with the Agency.
6. Self-reflection reports on the Simulation for the first Diploma Supplement cohort: This activity
will allow assessing the level of implementation of the project’s core deliverables such as the
Simulation for the first Diploma Supplement cohort. A self-reflection report will be sent online to
assess the performance level of these simulations at the institutional and individual levels. The
results will be taken into consideration for further the exploitation and the sustainability of the
project.
