One of the benefits of riding solo for 1,200km is the ability to clear my mind of clutter, intensify my awareness and reflect on the thoughts that decide to enter my mind.
It helps me see things from a different perspective, provides me with opportunities to learn more about myself and benefits the community through the various fundraising activities often linked in with my unpredictable adventures.
Ready prepared when a thought or a particular idea taps me on the shoulder, I would write them down. Delving into these messages I would often realise their significance and benefits.
These slides are about some of those messages and the eye-opening lessons for me. I call them 'Lessons From The Saddle".
