Roles & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Provide a comprehensive administration service in order to support the Operations Director,
Senior Managers and their departments.
• Provide a comprehensive administration service to all site based projects throughout the region,
enabling others to utilise their time in an efficient and cost-effective way in order to deliver a
project on time.
• Ensure compliance to the Bailey way. Distribution of documents in a controlled manner to internal
and external parties, ensuring a concise auditable trail is maintained at all times. (Transmittal
Information)
• Ability to liaise with the Client on all Document Control Issues
• To attend NG Bailey/Client Document control meetings where required with the ability to report
back to Management team in a clear and concise manner.
• Administration resource requirements are reviewed and predicted with accuracy and cost-
effectiveness to meet needs of the business. Use current and effective interview techniques
which comply with legislative requirements and aid the recruitment of competent, professional
staff.
• Ensure the administration team members work together successfully and are actively being
encouraged to develop the necessary skills required to meet all individual, team and company
goals and objectives.
• Company systems, e.g. 'COINS' and ‘PWA’ are effectively used to maintain accurate records and
to extract relevant information as required, including standard reports and document control.
Acceptable documents are produced for customers using Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Access as
appropriate. Information has been filed correctly and can be readily and easily retrieved by all
relevant Branch members.
• Possess a clear understanding of working methods and procedures applicable to the contracting
industry. Company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times. Ensure BSI
compliances are adhered to through regular internal audits
• Maintain the Branch Safety Plan, and Branch Contingency Plan. Ensure all Company/legal
Health & Safety requirements are adhered to. Ensure all legal notices are displayed in the
Branch and sites.
• A professional, confident approach is displayed, both orally and visually, when presenting to
customers and/or project team members; ensuring the utmost of confidentiality at all times. A high
trust relationship is built up in all dealings with customers, both internal and external.
