The document discusses the formation and achievements of the Impact Partnership, a joint venture between Rochdale Council, Mouchel and Agilisys launched in 2006. The partnership was formed to support regeneration, create jobs, drive investment and deliver service transformation. It has created over 300 jobs, delivered 2% annual efficiencies, refreshed ICT systems, established a contact center within 3 months, and won an award for public-private partnership of the year in 2010. Looking ahead, the partnership aims to achieve further efficiencies, grow business in a challenging economy, strengthen relationships with other regional joint ventures, and build positive relationships with members and residents.
