interacting with Latifah Bernard during my rental pick up. Not often enough do customers take the time to provide feedback of
praise for exceptional service and courtesy... Interacting with Ms. Bernard was a most pleasant experience. She was a model
of positive attitude and cheerfulness. She was very professional and as I left the airport, it made me proud that my son is an
