Fish What do we know about fish already? Consider nutrition, how often, cooking, classification, preservation Oily fish are high in vitamins A+D, good for strong bones and night vision We should eat  two portions  of fish per week, one of which should be oily (mackerel) White and shellfish are low in fat High in HBV Protein Three classifications, white, shell and oily Very tender food, due to its short fibres.
