For the past 5 years I have been Laurie's direct supervisor in her role as clinical Dietitian with oak Hill
Hospital' Prior to this position she was employed with our sister hospital Community Hospital (which is
now Trinity Hospital). She had transferred to join us in February of 2rJCg. i heid the position of Clinical
Nutrition Manager until 2013 and continued to work with her as a peer since this change in our
department structure.
Laurie is a hard-working and energetic person. She demonstrates competence in her skills as a clinical
dietitian. She has continued to maintain and grow her knowledge and skills in the dietetic profession.
She takes initiative to go beyond the expectations of the job. She has outstanding time management
skills and completes allwork in a timely and accurate manner. She interacts well with all members of the
health care team and patients. She is professional and caring. I have no doubt that she will continue to
experience success in her future endeavors.
