● a. Ký đơn xin nghỉ phép cho members
● b. Review estimation cho dự án nho nhỏ sắp
tới

9. Mind and senses
Senses are our I/F to the reality:
-Eyes
-Ears
-Nose
-Tongue
-Body
They control how we perceive reality, but
underneath, the mind control it all
10. The mind - the “sixth” sense
What money is for:
- a frog
- a poor man
- a gambler who loses
Different mind -> very differently
perceived
11. Know yourself
Old men said:
What is yourself, then?
- Your body? Your thinking? Your emotions?
Your habits? Your mind?
13. Subconscious: The all mighty
E.g: Deal with your subconscious fear
The conscious may interest and take few steps toward, but eventually it will be carried
away by the subconscious

22. The Mind and the Stress
● We live in a world of comforts. Our pizzas are delivered to us
at our doorsteps; we are spoilt for choice in online shopping,
choosing everything from sneakers to underwear with a
simple click; even dating is as simple as swiping someone’s
face right or left. We are earning big money, much more than
what our parents did. We are young, we are independent,
we are living it up.
● Yet we are miserable. We are stressed because our jobs are
not perfect; we are unhappy because our partners are not
perfect; we are insecure because our bodies are not perfect.
We are much more stressed than our parents were; we are
definitely much less fitter than them when they were our
age. We cry ourselves to sleep sometimes; we drink to
forget our woes; our relationships are short-lived.

27. Benefit of a strong task manager
● Refrain itself from activating unnecessary/
negative programs
● Processes run faster and more effectively
● Monitor and ensure there’s always room
for additional RAM, CPU processing
● Self-detect and fix bad sectors, effectively
prevent viral acts
Mindfulness is the task manager for your

28. Relax the mind, how?
● Try to be relax
● Or (you cannot relax, then) give me an
answer

36. Appd_ Logic spoon
Once negative energy get rooted, the ego grows through automatic reaction mechanism
Spiral up
using logic
come out as words/
deeds
40. Appd_ Some tips for letting go
● Life goes on by itself
● It’s only human that feel the life joyful or
sorrowful, whereas the life itself is neither
happy nor upset
● Logic of the life itself is simply what must
come, come, what has gone is already the
past
⚪“No man ever steps in the same river twice”
41. Appd_ Letting go, use only positive
energy
● It’s negativities contaminated mind that
prevents us from letting go via logical thinking
mechanism. The more you use logics, the
more it's difficult to let go.
● We can only respect then let go by getting
beyond logics. Positive letting go is to let it go
using compassion, not ordinary logics.
● “You shoot me down, but I won’t fall. I am not
logical”
42. Appd_the_technique
● Relax
⚪ Observe your own breath/ mind to discern what’s taking place
● While relaxing, conjure up the subject
⚪ The subconscious impressive events of the subject will emerge
automatically
● Re-live the impressions/events
⚪ Try to step outside of yourself and just observe them
● Observe the recalled events once again
⚪ This time concentrate on your own breath
● Respect what happened
⚪ Still concentrating on the breath
● Let them go
⚪ Things are different now, I am different now
● Relax
43. Appd_mindfulness
● Mindfulness
⚪ Is the process to bring consciousness to the subconscious
● Being mindful doesn’t mean to control
⚪ It’s not to mind your breath (use the mind to prolong/ smoothen your
breath etc.)
⚪ It’s to mind how the breath is going on (just follow your own breath,
let it be your driver)
⚪ It’s not to control your mind ( try to calm the mind)
⚪ It’s just to clearly know where your mind is wandering at
● Light up the subconscious using conscious mind
44. Appd_ Water surface metaphor
● Time-chart of a self-purified (recognize, let
go) mind
● Time-chart of a “incessantly looking
outside without looking back” mind
