11. How to schedule your
posts on social
networks using
Postcron?

12. First, open your browser

13. On the address bar,

14. Type in
www.postcron.com

15. Press Enter

16. Postcron homepage will appear

17. Choose ways to sign in

18. For this presentation, let us sign in
using Facebook

19. Note: If this is the first
time you’re accessing
Postcron,

20. You need to accept all
the permissions.

21. And when you login to
Facebook,

22. You’ll be asked about
the visibility of your
posts.

23. Select “public” so that
all your contacts can
see your posts.

24. Upon signing in, Postcron dashboard will
appear

25. These accounts are from Facebook which
I used to sign in

26. We can add more accounts by clicking
these icons

27. You can add
multiple accounts:

28. Facebook profiles,
pages, groups,
and events.

29. Twitter accounts,
Google+ Pages,

30. LinkedIn profiles
and pages,

31. and even Pinterest
boards.

32. In this example, I have added my Twitter
account

33. You’ll see that as
you add accounts,

34. they will appear
on the dashboard

35. under your accounts panel.

36. After you’ve added
all your social
accounts,

37. select the
account(s) where
you’re going to
publish your post

38. by clicking on the
icons for each
network.

39. Then you can start
writing your post.

40. Let’s try posting a
message on my
Facebook and
Twitter account.

41. Let us use the
word “Test”

42. On my Postcron dashboard, I will click my
Facebook and my Twitter accounts

43. And write the word “Test” on the
message box

44. Aside from posting
texts, you can also
share links

45. by typing or just
pasting the
URL you want to
share.

46. Postcron will
automatically
attach the link info

47. to your post, and
shorten the link

48. so that it occupies
less space.

49. Let’s try inserting
a link in our
example.

51. When you have
finished
composing your
post,

52. it’s time to publish
it.

53. To do so, you have
several options:

54. First, you can
share it
immediately

55. by clicking the
drop-down menu

56. next to the “SCHEDULE” button,

57. and click the “Post Now” option.

58. You can also
schedule your post
to be published

59. within days,
weeks, or months,
from now

60. at any specific
time you decide
on.

61. To do this, click on the “SCHEDULE” dropdown

62. then click “Schedule” button

63. then pick the day and time you want it to be
posted

64. and click “Done“.

65. You can post
pictures too.

66. To add photos, click on the “Add Photos”
button

67. and select the
images you want
to share.

68. Select the photos from your computer and
click “Open”

possible
