To Whom it May Concern,
As President of Bay Area Soccer League, an organization creating playing options for over 2500 soccer players
each year, I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Liam Bloye.
During his tenure with our organization, Liam was our Club Trainer and worked directly with our travel program
and trained as many as 12 teams, from U8 through U14. He trained the teams to enhance the level of play,
through skill and mental development of our players. He forged relationships with the coaches which allowed
him to develop their coaching abilities around strategy and style of team play. He took it upon himself to build a
series of specialty skills sessions which allowed players to attend additional training sessions during the week,
working on sharpening their skills. His work, especially with the keeper clinics, dramatically improved their
level of play. One of our leagues developing programs, is our yearly assessment process. Liam guided us in
revamping the process and his work will be the foundation of this process going forward. He would be a great
asset to any organization needing these kinds of talents.
I highly recommend Liam Bloye. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Will Spence
