INTRODUCTION
An organization is a planned co-ordination of a group of people and
their joint efforts for the achievement of the specific goals of the
organization. An organization study involves the study of the structure
and the functioning of its various departments. Organizing or
organization is one of the important functions of management.
Organizations may vary, but they have certain relationships.
OBJECTIVES
•
•This study helped me to interact with various Departments of the organization.
•The study helped me to study in closer range of the management.
•With this study i was to get an exposure on the practical world of the
management.
•This study helps to make a comparison between classroom knowledge with the
real situation in the organization.
•The study helps to interact with the organizational executives of the company.
•It also helps sheds the lights on the organizational atmosphere and the
challenges and the opportunities of the industry in general.
•The organization study in cooperates the structure, procedure, policies, the
different activities and SWOT analysis of the organization
LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
 To understand an organization and its working completely. A
period of 30 days is not sufficient.
 Busy schedule of officers and employees is adversely affected
the research.
 The company by policy never reveals its finical information
and this limits the exauhistivness of the study.
 Certain areas are restricted, so a detailed study is not possible.
HISTORY
• Moolans International Exim Pvt. Ltd. Was previously a partnership
firm in 1983, that becomes a private limited company in the year
2000.
• It had got a very good market in the international arena from the
very inception that has increased its growth path after becoming a
private limited company.
• The company is manufacturing and supplying spices, curry powder,
masala , chips, pickles, rice, and rice products , jams and allied food
stuffs including vanilla. Under the golden brand name “Vijay”
• The production capacity of the company around 10 tons per day
there is no separate go down facility

technologies in grading processing and packing.
 Vijay products have acclaimed local as well as International
reputation for genuineness and quality , selection of raw materials ,
care in grading , neatness in supervision, excelling in blending ,long
lasting experience.

 Company can think of entering to new markets.
SUGGESTION
 Company can think of giving various fringe benefits to improve
employee satisfaction.
 Speed up decision making
 Adopt more employee motivational techniques,
 Continuous and powerful advertisements are to be given in the
media.
 To face competition effectively and efficiently.
 To improve the relationship between the management,
employees and co- workers.
 There should be a separate section in the organization to handle
the ideas, suggestions and complaints of the employees.
 Management should accept the right ideas and suggestion of the
employees.
 The company should provide the education and medical facility
to the family of the employees.
CONCLUSION
 The main objective of the study was to familiarize with structure and
functional working of the company. The study immensely helped me
to understand the management structure, culture and working of the
organization. It gave me valuable insights in to the flow of
information and division of the authority of the company. It also
helped me to understand the production of different types of spices
used in our Indian culture.
 The study helped to provide a number of suggestions to the company.
Moolans International Exim Pvt, Ltd. has a wide range of product
mix. The production process is carried out in the company at the
different five units. The company products are established and well
accepted in the international market. It also helped me to understand
the different process carried in the organization for the smooth
functioning of the business by collecting the necessary information.

A period of 30 days is not sufficient.  Busy schedule of officers and employees is adversely affected the research.  The company by policy never reveals its finical information and this limits the exauhistivness of the study.  Certain areas are restricted, so a detailed study is not possible.

The study immensely helped me to understand the management structure, culture and working of the organization. It gave me valuable insights in to the flow of information and division of the authority of the company. It also helped me to understand the production of different types of spices used in our Indian culture.  The study helped to provide a number of suggestions to the company. Moolans International Exim Pvt, Ltd. has a wide range of product mix. The production process is carried out in the company at the different five units. The company products are established and well accepted in the international market. It also helped me to understand the different process carried in the organization for the smooth functioning of the business by collecting the necessary information.
