There’s also a shift in Geographic disbursement. We’re seeing workforces spread out to cover new territories, no longer required to live next to their HQ and a dramatic increase in part time and full time teleworkers. We also have to think about our extended teams, maybe an agency we work with in Marketing, or a contractor or service partner that might as well have a dedicated spot on the team because we are in such constant contact.
And finally, the need for real-time access for everything we do. we’re all so used to this always on mentality that it is almost a shock to our system when we find out we cant ____ on my mobile phone.
Consumers
Let’s take a few minutes to talk about why we’re here.
We’ve all witnessed some major changes and disruptors to the ways we’ve traditionally done business, and video conferencing is no different.
There is this enormous shift toward cloud architecture, which is great! It’s helped to make applications and services infinitely scalable and eliminated many of the cost and commitment barriers. You think about things like storage and file sharing services which may have required a huge clunky piece of storage hardware and miles of networking cables that can now be accessed via services like box or dropbox from practically anywhere on any device. And even the CRM and HR applications that businesses rely on every day are moving to the cloud and gaining a ton of new features
This slide is about technology disruptors
More and more are moving to cloud

At Lifesize, we’re integrating our award-winning videoconferencing systems with a cloud-based interface that lets people have meetings where, when, and how they want – just like they’re all together right in the same room.
Lifesize extends far beyond a simple virtual meeting room offering and provides a more lifelike, natural form of collaboration.
Video Conferencing began as a way to connect remote offices, but the solution fits so many additional areas.
-You’ve got part time or full time work from home team members that need to be able to have a seat at the meeting
-Sometimes video might not be an option, like when you’re driving your car, so audio participation has to be part of the solution
-The road warriors that are off promoting
-And those extended teams
