  • 31. • Prepare more of your food from fresh, local sources (plenty of salads & fruits, Soups) • Limit grains (wheat sp.) & processed foods, • Limit Sugar Sweet and unnatural fats like margarine • FAT IS OK if is comes from a plant or nuts Eating Natural Diet
  • 32. Food Funda Follow the 80% Rule Stop eating when you are 80% full Wait 10 minutes, Then reassess your hunger. Prevent overeating as over eating clogs mind & you become obese.
