Healthy food keeps our bodies healthy. All the good ingrdients are :
- fruits - vegetables - dainys products - drincks wit chout sugars… - meats… -
fish… - crereals
Rules :
It takes five fruits or vegetables a day.
For meat, three times a week.
Three pr four dairy products per day.
One and a half liters of sugar-free drinks per day ( water in preferably ).
Cereals are good for growth.
3. The bad food :
Ingredients :
Bad food puts your body at risk. The bad ingredients are : -confectioney -
sugar - fat - chocolate - soft drinks or not
Rules :
The confectionery is like sugar, it is very bad for the teeth.
The fat is attached to the meat, it must be thought to the removed.
