million were captured into new platform and communicating with the Ad Server.
Provided onsite and remote training as well as consulting services to WideOrbit clients.
Created proposals and also delivered services and follow-up documentation to clients based on
their specific needs. Managed projects, communicated with and educated clients on various
features and uses of WideOrbit software to enhance their business needs.
Coordinated all aspects of Enterprise software conversions for new Raycom stations. Provided
additional training on Enterprise software applications as well as broadcast procedures to
station personnel as needed, including, but not limited to Traffic, Promotion and Finance.
Evaluated organizational structures within departments at Raycom stations to ensure that
checks and balances were in place. Main contact for all Raycom stations regarding Enterprise
issues and updates to assure quality control. Worked with Enterprise Software Systems on
developmental projects and future enhancements.
Directed Traffic staff at WOIO-TV/WUAB-TV in Cleveland, KMGH-TV in Denver and KDSM-TV
in Des Moines. Trained and supervised staff on procedures to produce daily broadcast log
(gathering information from station’s Sales, Marketing, Programming, Promotion, Public Service
and Engineering Departments, input of materials into computer, timing of elements to be
broadcast and acknowledgement of FCC required elements), coordinated schedules and
evaluated performance of staff.
Implemented new staff procedures at WOIO-TV/WUAB-TV and KMGH-TV. As a result,
scheduling errors were virtually eliminated and the amount of time necessary for staff members
to perform job functions was dramatically decreased thus allowing for the elimination of one full
time position within the Traffic department. This effort saved WOIO/WUAB and KMGH a yearly
salary with no decline in department performance.

for sale. This resulted in potential increased revenue of over $1 million dollars per year.
Managed installation of Enterprise software at various television stations. Coordinated station
staff in order to train broadcaster’s Sales, Marketing, Traffic, Programming, Promotion, Public
Service, Engineering and Financial Departments. Recommended and implemented procedures
in order to save time and maximize profits. Upon conclusion of installation, conceived and wrote

Systems and procedures. Broadcaster’s gained a thorough knowledge of the software packages
purchased without any loss to business during the installation process and benefited from
