Creating content for social requires a new voice: you need to
be agile and willing to move more quickly thanin the past
Digital is about dialogue and your content must address the
conversation taking place, even if you don’t like it
Developing these platforms involves a long term commitment
and adding new content on a daily or even hourly basis, and
investing in analytics and measurement to understand how
you are performing and what you can do better
