5. www.spi.pt/free FREE – Fostering Return to Employment through Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Creativity - is seeking to provide counsellors, tutors, trainers and other professionals working with unemployed individuals , with a web-based interactive tool designed to improve their hard and soft skills. This will allow them to provide a better service when dealing with those who are unemployed, especially age groups <25 and >45 with lower qualifications. 1. Project objectives
