Part 1: Expert Group 5 minutes
• Review your element of the framework with your “like
element” group. Determine what demonstrating the
element would look like, sound like, and feel like for
students, teachers, and families.
Part 2: Mixed Group 15 minutes
• Meet with your similar color group. Your color group
represents the complete School of Education Framework.
• Share your expert group reports about your element with
the mixed group.

Part 3: Teachers of Mind and Heart 10 minutes
• Define as a group what’s essential to become a teacher of
mind and heart? Think about traits, actions, etc.
