Developing positive relationship with the students
Lisa Jackson Philosophy of Education
1. Lisa Jackson Philosophy of Educational Leadership
My educational philosophy begins with creating a positive school culture that is
welcoming and inviting to students and families. My first task will be to learn to understand the
needs of the community, students, and teachers. Building relationships is crucial in fostering a
successful school environment. It is my belief that all students can learn and be successful. It is
our job as educators to collaborate with one another, to research best practices, and to analyze
student data in order to find ways to help students achieve academically, socially, and personally.
I am passionate about education and about helping students find their individual learning
style. I believe that educational leaders must display the utmost integrity, passion, and lead by
example. I have a life-long love of education and want to pass that on to others. Educational
leaders must be humble yet able to make difficult decisions and have difficult conversations
when it is best for the school and for the students. I will commit to show kindness, compassion,
and strength in order to meet the needs of a diverse population of students and families and to
lead by example. I commit to ensuring that all students learn and are successful.
