Notas del editor

  1. When you need to manage project usually it means that you need to take care about: Project Process Product People all your actions as a manager will be around those3 aspects.
  2. So basically when we said that we need manage some project it is delivery as input requirements and scope of project and using people and processes get as output some results that we expect from the project.
  3. When I just start my first steps in management I like any of you today start read a lot of interesting information about planning, time management, task management, communication , and a lot of other things. At one moment I feel that I know all and I thought that now I best manager because I know all tools (I thought that I know all  ) When I got my first project as a manager, I start apply all my theoretical knowledge that I have and one of the main my fail was feedback from my peer that “Julia great manager , I see she knows a lot but she is not flexible”. On that moment I just thought that my peer stupid guy, but in fact he was more experienced manager because instead of just know all those tools you should clearly understand when, how and in which variation you should use each tool. Another complex task was understand from what begin. You got a project , you know a lot of things that you know in management, from what begin?
  4. Usually when you get new project it can be or existing project or absolutely new project. Let’s review first case when you get project that already existed for some time.
