Topic /Title : Workers attributes to success
Introduction: In this topic we will discuss what should a worker attain to succeed in life?
Would it be social skills or good qualifications? I think it should be social skills because
it has many advantages. 1) Will fit anywhere 2) Can communicate well and build
relationships 3) More chances of innovating.
Point1/ Topic Sentence 1 (Will fit anywhere)
Specific
A person with social skill can fit him or herself anywhere due to communicating and
connection.

Employers are hiring those who are flexible.

relationships)

If there is a connection in a workplace it would be a comfort place for
every worker.

Relationship is one of the keys to success.

A worker will learn things in every area of expertise if he or she is
seeking and communicating.

Not like staying on one platform
Conclusion
There is a lot of opportunities waiting if there is social skill in you. Because they are
more flexible and can make the workplace much happier that will lead the company to success.
Person with social skills can adapt everything and not staying on one platform.
ESSAY:
Workers attributes to success.
In this world there are two types of attributes that employers looking for. Either
the worker has a good qualification in the slot to be taken or the worker is good in
communicating and building relationships with co-workers but can adapt the job to be
assigned for him or her. Social skills is also known as “interpersonal skills,” it is what we
use to connect and communicate with other people. These include verbal skills like
speaking to other people, and non-verbal skills as body language, eye contact, and
gestures. There are so many advantages of having social skills. They can fit anywhere,
they can communicate well, make the workplace much happier, and they have more
chance of innovating.
To begin with social skills, they will fit anywhere because they have the skills to
socialize and communicate with people, they build strong relationships which is a big
helpful for a certain company. Having it in oneself is an advantage, among others.
Company requires good qualification when hiring employees but having social skills
even without good qualifications will be an exemption because they do see that people
with social skills are flexible and can manage or adapt the job to be given for them.
People with social skills have the more chance of building connections to each worker,
they are also easy to rely on and ask for something. They have so many advices that
will help you with your problem that’s why they are important. Workers should attain
social skills to succeed.
Also, when a workplace is filled with happiness and connections, it will be a good
for all especially for the company because when workers are communicating with each
other they are more energetic and do their job easily. A person with social skill makes
sure that no one is left behind with his or her co-workers because he or she will rise all
of them. A person who has a relation with co-workers will be a great leader or friend and
that’s what employers needed to improve their business. On the other side, a person
with social skill that is not employed can make a way to feed him or herself by strategies
of communicating with people or making own business. I know a friend who is
unemployed but because of her communicating skills, she are selling online despite
pandemic and delivering foods because of sales talking and communicating to her
customers. Some became her friends and inspired by her and some are so happy for
her because she is now successful at the age 20.
In addition, social skilled workers have more chance of innovating because they
are used to ask and seek for information because of their connection with different
areas of expertise. They will improve themselves which will be great for them or in
company. Social skilled workers are workers who is more prominent to be promoted
because of their outstanding performance not just in their jobs but also when building
relations. In every communication that will happen he or she will learn a lot of things that
can help him or her to be much better.
Overall, a worker should be a social skilled to attain these points. It will make
their dreams easier to achieve because it is the key for a better future. Social skills are
essential for every employer that is looking for a job candidate. It is a strong one to hold
on when applying for a job. Almost every job requires social skills. If you need to work
on a team, you need to communicate with others. While if you work with clients, you
must open your ears for their opinions and concerns. Then if you are a manager, you
are in charged of motivating your employees.

  • 1. Topic /Title : Workers attributes to success Introduction: In this topic we will discuss what should a worker attain to succeed in life? Would it be social skills or good qualifications? I think it should be social skills because it has many advantages. 1) Will fit anywhere 2) Can communicate well and build relationships 3) More chances of innovating. Point1/ Topic Sentence 1 (Will fit anywhere) Specific A person with social skill can fit him or herself anywhere due to communicating and connection. Supporting Evidence Employers are hiring those who are flexible. Point 2 /Topic Sentence 2 (Can communicate well and build relationships) Specific If there is a connection in a workplace it would be a comfort place for every worker. Supporting Evidence Relationship is one of the keys to success. Point 3/ Topic Sentence 3 (More chances of innovating.) Specific A worker will learn things in every area of expertise if he or she is seeking and communicating. Supporting Not like staying on one platform Conclusion There is a lot of opportunities waiting if there is social skill in you. Because they are more flexible and can make the workplace much happier that will lead the company to success. Person with social skills can adapt everything and not staying on one platform.
  • 2. ESSAY: Workers attributes to success. In this world there are two types of attributes that employers looking for. Either the worker has a good qualification in the slot to be taken or the worker is good in communicating and building relationships with co-workers but can adapt the job to be assigned for him or her. Social skills is also known as “interpersonal skills,” it is what we use to connect and communicate with other people. These include verbal skills like speaking to other people, and non-verbal skills as body language, eye contact, and gestures. There are so many advantages of having social skills. They can fit anywhere, they can communicate well, make the workplace much happier, and they have more chance of innovating. To begin with social skills, they will fit anywhere because they have the skills to socialize and communicate with people, they build strong relationships which is a big helpful for a certain company. Having it in oneself is an advantage, among others. Company requires good qualification when hiring employees but having social skills even without good qualifications will be an exemption because they do see that people with social skills are flexible and can manage or adapt the job to be given for them. People with social skills have the more chance of building connections to each worker, they are also easy to rely on and ask for something. They have so many advices that will help you with your problem that’s why they are important. Workers should attain social skills to succeed. Also, when a workplace is filled with happiness and connections, it will be a good for all especially for the company because when workers are communicating with each other they are more energetic and do their job easily. A person with social skill makes sure that no one is left behind with his or her co-workers because he or she will rise all of them. A person who has a relation with co-workers will be a great leader or friend and that’s what employers needed to improve their business. On the other side, a person with social skill that is not employed can make a way to feed him or herself by strategies of communicating with people or making own business. I know a friend who is unemployed but because of her communicating skills, she are selling online despite pandemic and delivering foods because of sales talking and communicating to her customers. Some became her friends and inspired by her and some are so happy for her because she is now successful at the age 20. In addition, social skilled workers have more chance of innovating because they are used to ask and seek for information because of their connection with different areas of expertise. They will improve themselves which will be great for them or in
  • 3. company. Social skilled workers are workers who is more prominent to be promoted because of their outstanding performance not just in their jobs but also when building relations. In every communication that will happen he or she will learn a lot of things that can help him or her to be much better. Overall, a worker should be a social skilled to attain these points. It will make their dreams easier to achieve because it is the key for a better future. Social skills are essential for every employer that is looking for a job candidate. It is a strong one to hold on when applying for a job. Almost every job requires social skills. If you need to work on a team, you need to communicate with others. While if you work with clients, you must open your ears for their opinions and concerns. Then if you are a manager, you are in charged of motivating your employees.
