CALLING ALL INTERESTED ARTISTS IN PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA. Please join us for a night of art, wine, great food and music in the beautiful Darlington Village, whilst raising money for a very special little girl. This fundraising event is hosted by the Kilometres for Koby Team, who are running The New York City Marathon in November 2015 to raise funds for Koby Pearson, a little girl living with RETT Syndrome. WE ARE INVITED ARTISTS TO EXHIBIT AT THIS EVENT. PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR MORE DETAILS.

1. CALLING ALL ARTISTS
Thank you for taking the time to read about Koby and our campaign to raise awareness of Rett Syndrome.
We are currently undertaking a series of fundraising events to promote the‘Kilometres for Koby’campaign.
These fundraising events will lead up to our major event in November 2015, when members of our team will
run the full New York Marathon in support of this worthy cause. This event will involve multiple sponsors,
merchandise and a crowd fundraising platform.
Our first major fundraising event is The Village Art Show
The event will be held at the Darlington Village hall on Saturday 18th July at 6pm.
The event will feature a vibrant exhibition showcasing local artists’work for sale, food from Simply Paella, as
well as music and dancing thanks to the support of local band, Blue Manna.
The event is being promoted in several newspapers as well as online and in social media and is expected to
sell out fast.
We are currently seeking artists to feature in the exhibition.
ENTRY FEE
A one off $60 dollar donation to the Koby Pearson Together Stronger Trust allows you to enter two pieces in
the exhibition this amount also includes entry to the event, live music and a light meal .
Your contact details and description of your artwork will be featured in a program handed out to all ticket
holders on the night. Any artwork sold is to be a private transaction between the artist and buyer.
NO COMMISSION FEE will be charged for any artworks you sell as a result of the exhibition.
DETAILS
All artwork is to be delivered to Darlington Hall, Owen Road Darlington
on Saturday 18th July between 12pm and 2pm.

TICKETS
If you wish to invite guests to attend the event tickets can be purchased for $35 from
www.trybooking.com/HZWO or at the door for $40 on the night. Ticket includes live music and a light meal.
Entry to the art exhibition will be between 6-9pm.
All donation receipt's and forms are to be emailed to info@studiographica.com.au by Sunday 12th July for
inclusion in the event programs.

Koby is three years old and at the age of two was diagnosed
with RETT Syndrome.
RETT Syndrome is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects girls
almost exclusively. Before symptoms begin, however the child
appears to grow and develop as normal. Then gradually symptoms
appear.As the syndrome progresses the child develops problems with
walking, seizures, and loss of purposeful use of the hands. The child
also loses the ability to speak.
