  1. We know SEO is dominated by one search engine: Google. But how do you explain OpenAI’s success in SEO? How do you explain Google didn’t see this coming? OpenAI is part of Microsoft, which owns Bing, Google’s competitor. Bing only has 3.99% of search market vs Google’s 90%. Google claims to be more advanced in AI, 4 years ahead than OpenAI. Google makes more money, employs the best engineers money can buy but they didn’t launch AI tools. Why? Because it’s too risky for them. Google’s biggest success, its search engine, is also their biggest issue, it stops innovation. Bing, instead, has nothing to lose from launching an AI tool and revolutioning SEO.
