In One-to-One Coaching, we coach individuals in any area they choose to develop
and grow, to help them achieve greater impact and effectiveness and to adopt high
performing and productive behaviours.

We coach clients at C-level (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, etc.), senior executives, top talent
and business owners. We have also developed many years of experience coaching
partners and directors at consulting and assurance/tax/advisory Big 4 firms.

Our coaches are dynamic, empathetic, and have many years of accumulated
experience in a large number of industry and service sectors.

We will work with you to take an in-depth and confidential look at the specific issues
you need to address. Although we can use a variety of time tested tools and
techniques, our approach is "tailor made" to each particular situation. We will often
design new and innovative models and tools to support you on your "coaching
journey". We will also create a "road map" with you, detailing specific objectives and
milestones for the coaching journey and enabling us to measure our progress.



In Group Coaching, we coach groups to help them achieve their goals and objectives
with greater impact and effectiveness and in synchronicity with the group's/
organization's cultural values and beliefs.

Although we coach practically every possible configuration of group, these are some
examples of most common types: executive and management committee teams,
functional teams, groups working on major bids or proposals, short or long term
project teams, product or service development teams, among others.

Our coaches are dynamic, empathetic, with strong group coaching and facilitation
skills, and have many years of accumulated experience in a large number of industry
and service sectors.

We will work with the group, through an in-depth and confidential look, to identify its
goals and objectives and the issues that are blocking it from achieving impactful,
effective, high performing and productive group behaviours.

We will carefully design a "road map" for the "group coaching journey", detailing
specific objectives, milestones and timeframes (particularly with groups working on
defined deadlines).

Although we can use a variety of time tested tools and techniques, our approach is
"tailor made" to each particular situation. We will often design new and innovative
models and tools to support the group on its "coaching journey".

Luis has over 25 years experience working with people to help them develop the
skills, behaviours and beliefs required to successfully create and maintain long term
trust based business relationships and networks.

As an Executive Coach, Behavioural Trainer, Change and Cultural
Transformation Consultant and Facilitator, Luis works globally with Senior
Executives and Top Talent in a significant number of the major global companies,
including many Fortune 100.

Luis also has many years experience coaching and developing partners and
directors of major consulting and assurance/tax/advisory firms on their client

Jorge has 20 years experience in senior executive roles in large global corporations
(particularly in industrial, distribution and financial services), and over 10 years
experience as a Coach, Behavioural Trainer, Consultant and Facilitator.

Jorge works globally with Executives and Top Talent in a significant number of the
major global companies, including many Fortune 100. He has also accumulated
experience coaching and developing consultants and partners of major consultancies
on their client focused initiatives.

Jorge continues to innovate in his areas of expertise, specifically with major car
manufacturers and their sales and distribution networks and consumer credit in
financial institutions. He is a regular public speaker in these areas and has
intervened in some important conferences in these areas.
