David Teniers the younger was a Flemish painter in the 17th century known for painting scenes of peasant life, celebrations, and interiors. Some of his most famous works include paintings depicting kitchen scenes, dancing at festivals, happy peasants celebrating holidays, and scenes taking place in inns and taverns. Many of his paintings were part of the Archduke Leopold Gallery and Painting Gallery in Bruxelles.
