6. What is Body
Position?
Body positions are positions of the
different body parts specifically the
hands, arms, trunk, legs and feet.
These position can be used to form
different body shapes and actions
for exercises, gymnastics and
games.

7. Standing Position
Standing is a human position which
the body is held in an upright
position and supported only by the
feet.

8. Starting
Position
Stand with
your feet close
together as
you can.
