Verb চিয়া পদ হত্রে বাত্রযের প্রাণ। Verb ছাড়া বাযে হয় না। বাত্রযের মত্রযে এই Verb এর
যথা যথ প্রত্রয়াগ হত্রে Right form of verbs বা চিয়ার সচিয রুপ। Sentence এর মত্রযে
verb এর সচিয বেবহার জানত্রে হত্রে Grammar এর সযে চবষত্রয় জ্ঞান থাযা আবশ্েয। চনত্রে

🎯 Rule:-1: Subject 3rd
person singular number হত্রে present Indefinite Tense-
এ মূে verb-এর সাত্রথ s বা es ,ies শযাগ হত্রব। অনে person বা plural number হত্রে মূে
verb-এর সত্রে s বা es, ies সয়যুক্ত হত্রব না।

could, may, might, need, dare, have to, has to , used to, (am,is, are,✛to), able
to , allowed to, make, help, late, secondary auxiliary বা modal verb এর পর
চনয়ম অনুযায়ী মেূ verb এর Present form হয়। েখন মেূ verbএর সাত্রথ s বা es বত্রস না
চযংবা শযান পচরবেনণ হয় না।

(1) আযাত্রশ্ শমঘ থাযত্রে বৃচর্ষ্ হত্রে পাত্রর।
If there is cloud in the sky, it may rain
(2) যচদ চশ্মু পত্রড় োহত্রে শস পাশ্ যরত্রে পাত্রর।
If shimo reads, she may pass.
2. If ✛ Past Indefinite ✛ Past Conditional (Subject ✛ would/ might/ could ✛
verb (1) ✛ etc.
(১) যচদ শস আসে োহত্রে আচম যাইোম। If he came, I would go.
(2)পড়াশুনা যরত্রে শস পাশ্ যরে। If he studied, he would pass.
(3)আমার িাযা থাযত্রে এই বই খানা চযত্রে পারোম। If I had money, I could buy this
book.
(2) If ✛ past perfect ✛ Past perfect conditional (subject✛ would have/ could
have/ might have ✛ bracket এর verb চির past participle form).
(1) যচদ আমার প্রিুর িাযা থাযে েত্রব আচম এযিা বাচড় চযনোম। If I had got/ had much
money/ a lot of money, I would have bought a big house.
(2) যচদ জানোম শস আসত্রবনা েত্রব আচম োত্রয সাহাযে যরোমনা। If I had known that he
would not come, I would not have helped him.
দুচি clause এর মত্রযে শযচিত্রে If ✛ subject ✛ were থাত্রয অপরচি (principles clause)
Subject এর পত্রর might ✛ would/ could বত্রস । এবং bracket এর চিয়ার present
from বত্রস।
N. B. might/ could/ would এর পচরবত্রেণ might have/ would have/ could have
✛ bracket এর verbচির past participle বসাত্রনা
শযত্রে পাত্রর। শযমনঃ

(1)আচম চদ েুচম হোম েত্রব োত্রয চবত্রয় যরোম। If I were you, I would not marry
her.
(2)আচম যচদ পাচখ হইোম োহত্রে আযত্রশ্ উড়োম। If I were a bird, I would have flown
in the sky.

হয়।

বত্রে। এত্রদর পর verb singular form এু হয়।
