Since its foundation in the late 1980's, MEAG has been responsible for the creation of over 2,500 jobs in the Mullingar area through its interests, including ‘The Enterprise Centre’, ‘Mullingar Enterprise Technology and Innovative Centre’, ‘The Uniform Boutique’ and ‘Mullingar Recycling Resource Centre’, and management of the Community Employment and Job Initiative Schemes. Currently MEAG directly supports over 50 jobs and indirectly supports a further 200 plus jobs.. For the preceding 7 years I served as an Enterprise Consultant with WestBIC.
