Science-based Tools for Mental Health
Everything begins in Childhood and Society is the result of
collective childhoods.
2. Wholistic Health = Mental Health & Physical
Health
The most critical relationship for a human being’s benefit is the
relationship with the self, developed in childhood and growing
across the life span.
Optimal developed results in healthy relationships with loved
ones, friends, and work.
We cannot build healthy relations with others until we ground
into a relationship with ourselves.

Feed the five senses every day in moderation:
★ Eat a healthy meal, exercise ie. walk, drinking water, sleep, sunshine, and breathing.
★ Healthy Eating: Plant Based Diet is a respecting the other 8.7 million living species on
the planet. Think! Where do the animals we eat (Chicken, Cows, Deer, Goats, Pigs,
Sheep, etc.), get their protein? Answer: From PLANTS.
★ Exercise: Outdoors is the safest place to be right now. Open areas allow for walking,
running, hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking. Nature soothes and heals.
★ Drink Water! Water cleans out our physical system and supports our cellular make up.
★ Sleep! We require sleep to heal trauma and to reset our entire system.
★ BREATHE! Mediation soothes the nervous system and restores healing from trauma in
the body and mind.
