it is business processes that start taking the center stage in defining, delivering and testing Single
view deployments.

Bill Project at client’s place in Johannesburg as Ticket Manager and Release Manager
Roles & Responsibilities.
Involved in completion of the specification study in conjunction with Project Manager for the
Completion of Statement of Work.
Participated in Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops,
use cases, scenarios and workflow analysis in client’s place and offshore.
Maintains Project log throughout the project by tracks and resolves requirement-related issues
from Definition Phase to Monitor and Control Phase.
