Goal: Innovations Maksym Davydov is a scientist and entrepreneur in the field of image processing, computer vision, and natural language processing. Now Maksym is looking for an opportunity to create new means that can bring novative communicative and educational opportunities for hearing impaired people. In 2009 Mr. Davydov completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science in Lviv Polytechnic National University. His Ph.D. thesis was devoted to visual recognition of Sign Language gestures using a web camera.
