So what exactly will i eat all day long? People ask me this all the time

dinner the evening before.
I pack some raw nuts (Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts and almonds), 1

9am - My son visits grandma's and I'm off and away to work.
9:30am - 10:30am - As I work I eat my raw nuts, baby carrots and with
the apple. I've a similar snack in the afternoon. I don't always try this, but

12:30pm - Lunch. I actually made my lunch the evening before while I
cleaned up after dinner. I've got some Chilean Sea Bass (broiled inside
oven), over a pretty big salad (greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, artichoke
hearts, peppers) with 1 sweet potato. I use apple cider vinegar treatment
and additional virgin extra virgin organic this kind of oil as my dressing
along with some salt and pepper.
Packing my lunch later in the day while I clean up after dinner is now
such habit and routine personally, I don't think about this. We have
definitely found that developing a €system€ for packing and prepping
your meal will make using a healthy diet program much, easier. Look for
a €system€ that actually works well for you personally you.
3:30 - Afternoon snack matches morning snack. Again, I don't always try
this and many times I'll have 1 slice of Ezekiel Bread with 2 Tbsp of
almond butter and 1 Tbsp of apple butter (my personal favorite snack!)
5:30pm - I head home. We put some skirt steaks into marinate and my
better half and i got the grill going (it was 80 degrees and sunny, a
phenomenal day in the south!) We also grilled eggplant and zucchini
which i marinated in balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and Italian spices. I
made some brown rice to go combined with the meal.

5. 9pm - before going to sleep - Almond butter and dish with cinnamon
sprinkled at the top. I love this snack because it is somewhat sweet and
filling and really helps to curb any sweet cravings that could come from
on the evening.

boring. I love my clean, healthy food choices and love how it makes me
feel throughout the day. I choose foods I like and never €make€ myself
eat something because I think it's supposed to be good for me (even
though it is very important to be open minded and adventurous).
