Marc Lange has a Master degree in Law, option business and European Law. Acting as Secretary General of EHTEL since December 2013 and managing European projects for the public sector since 1992, he has a long experience in (1) supporting EU Member States and the European Commission in coordinating the deployment of their national projects, (2) facilitating sharing good practices in a multi-disciplinary environment, (3) observing, analysing and synthesizing the progresses of this knowledge sharing process (4) contributing to policy definition for deploying innovative ICT services for the health care sector in particular.
