Are you a B2B business ? Map your employees journeys and improve their productivity.
Review your system architecture. Consider platform thinking as an opportunity to build a flexible
architecture that unlocks your information assets while facilitating change.
Unlock data assets that are hidden in silos across the organization. Leverage platform thinking and
consider to apply the concept of data products and build the organization, architecture and governance
processes that are fit to evolve those data assets at speed.
Assess your internal software engineering capabilities. Unless you are a digital native, chances are that
