2. For me the biggest challenge in
my life has been going in an
Exchange Year to Squamish in
British Columbia, Canada a small
town located between Whistler
and Vancouver with a population
of 20,000 people
3. Going to a city where i knew no
one but me was very difficult at
first. Having to do new friends,
living with new people and even
having to learn how to move in a
new city.
4. Making friends was not a big
challenge for me, thankfully I
have the ability to connect with
people easily. That was
something very helpful through
the year
5. The first 6 months where very
difficult for me, not having my
parents with me and seeing my
friends having fun in my city
without me was very rough for me
6. But as son i had realized, i was 6
months in by myself and without
the help of anyone outside my
host family and my friends.
7. After those 6 months now
adaptated, evertyhing started to
be easy for me and those where
probably the best 6 months i have
ever had in my life. I even had a
girlfriend from Spain, Julia
8. I had my group of good friends
now and i was having the best
time with my host family, which
made me see I had defeated the
challenge
9. This was very helpful for me in
away I see it, i learned to live by
myself, to control my finances
and even to take my own
decisions without anyone helping
me those things just made me
more strong and made me see i
can beat any challenge i face
