Hello, I am Marion Baylé - a young creative, enthusiastic, thorough and effective woman - passionate about fashion, design, brand's development and communication. I have a degree in Fashion Design, which I have completed later by an entrepreneur training, especially in marketing and project management. First I have worked for 5 years as a fashion designer then as a collection manager for different Outdoor apparel brands, both for medium sized companies and a large global chain store, Decathlon.
