1 & 2 Day workshop delivery for your teams
We deliver dedicated onsite training workshops for
your teams. Workshops include breakout exercises
and team tasks and any ideas and learnings are
captured and fed back to the main group after each
breakout. Delivered by an experienced Trans2
Performance consultant, the day will consist of
classroom learning, flip chart discussion, interactive
breakouts and self contribution. This makes for a
collaborative, educational and inspiring day.

Quite often your training and personal development
requirements are unique. This often requires our content
and methodologies to be highly customised to meet your
needs. Or, it may be that we agree to create an entirely new
programme for your business. This level of consultancy can
be highly effective if you operate in a niche industry or have
a specific internal requirement. We deliver our consulting
programmes primarily on a day rate basis with any scoping
and creation costs agreed up front.
