Tailored to Needs
At the outset of any programme, we conduct an initial
assessment with questionnaires or interviews before
the programme commences to identify the areas for
individual improvement. This is to ensure we meet
the needs of all individuals and focus on improving
competency in the areas where a need has been
identified. Once we have carried out an analysis, aims
& objectives are agreed, and goals are set.
Accreditation from the Institute of
Leadership & Management
The curriculum and learning materials are developed
to meet identified needs. We tailor our programmes in
the most appropriate format, with each aspect
designed in a manner that optimises the learning
experience. We use a robustly designed and
independently accredited competency framework to
ensure each course is tailored and delivered in a way

Interactive Method of Delivery

programmes. Our training methods focus on develop-

Continuous Assessment
We use a process of mutual, continuous assessment to
ensure that delegates get the most out of our
programmes. We assess them to ensure they are
learning, retaining, and building upon the skills
taught. Detailed feedback from them allows us to
examine, evaluate, refresh and fine-tune the
programme objectives, content and methodologies to
meet their needs.
Post Programme Support
We follow-up eight weeks after the course with a
questionnaire to make sure that what delegates have
learnt is being implemented. We continue to provide
on-going support after the programme ends, should
delegates want it. We are committed to ensuring that

Team
The Directors of Counsel for Leadership, along with
their dedicated support team, ensure that delegates

all stages of our programmes. Our Head of
Programmes coordinates the delivery of programmes
both in the UK and abroad, manages the ongoing
relationship, and acts as a consistent point of contact.
An Assessment & Evaluation Team of barristers led by
Queens Counsel, carry out pre-programme assess-
ments and evaluations of individual delegates and
their organisations. They then tailor or re-design the
programme to meet the requirements. Our Head of
Quality Assurance carries out continuous internal
assessments and evaluations to ensure the programme
matches the client’s objectives and expectations, and is
delivered to the highest standard.
